ABOUT ELLIE LINES DRESSES 

Ellie Lines collection focuses on 100% silk, in an Ellie Lines exclusive print and other scrumptious fabrics. This is very much a Luxury British brand designed and manufactured in England with lots of love and care. Proud to support British manufacturing, each Ellie Lines creation is modern with a classic edge that will remain timeless.  

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

All delivery within the UK will require a signature upon receipt. Please allow up to 3 working days. Please note ‘Special Order’ purchases take 2-6 weeks depending on the style. Please contact the showroom for further details.

Please note all prices are inclusive of  VAT. 

International shipping is a charge of £20. Delivery within 7 working days depending on location. 

If you order products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Ellie Lines Dress Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order. 

For all deliveries you will receive an order dispatch email. 

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love your dress but in the event that it is not quite right we offer a returns policy for goods returned to us in their original condition with all labels still attached.

To return an item you MUST notify us in writing by email of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt of goods and receive a Return Authorization Number. Please email dressme@ellielines.co.uk

Please ensure you send the goods back within 10 days of receiving them, so we can process your refund or exchange.

Please note that return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are faulty. We advise to send by special delivery so the goods can be tracked as they are your responsibility until they reach our premises.

If you have had any custom alterations the goods cannot be returned.

Please note goods are deemed classified as faulty if they are received faulty. Please note that items that are damaged through wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To return an item you MUST notify us in writing by email of your intention to return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods and receive a Return Authorization Number. Please email dressme@ellielines.co.uk

You must write on top of the box, and on necessary documentation that the goods are a return purchase, otherwise you may be liable for import duty.

It is your responsibility to select a reliable carrier to return the goods to us, with a trackable service. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises.

We offer a returns policy for goods returned to us in their original condition with all labels still attached. We are unable to offer refunds for any international postage.

Please note goods are deemed classified as faulty if they are received faulty. Please note that items that are damaged through wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We will refund your payment card as soon as we receive your goods in the original condition with labels still attached, however dependant on credit card type this can take up to 10 days to show on your statement. Please allow for this.

EXCHANGES 

We hope that you love your dress but in the event that it is not quite right and you would like to exchange it for a different size or style we offer an exchange policy for goods returned to us in their original condition with all labels still attached. 

To return an item you MUST notify us in writing by email of your intention to return the item and what you would like to exchange it for, within 7 days of receipt of goods and receive an Exchange Authorization Number. Please email dressme@ellielines.co.uk
